Genova Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
½
lemon
juiced
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
crackers

mini bell peppers
seeded and chopped in half
Instructions
Prepare tuna salad by combing tuna, juice from 1/2 lemon and as much salt and pepper as you’d like. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed. Scoop tuna salad with crackers or mini bell peppers to serve.
